The angle isn't great to really critique, but you might be setting up too far away from the bar aka the bar isn't over the middle of your foot. I say that because of a few reasons.
First, after you bend over, your shins look like they travel pretty far before they touch the bar. The further away the bar is from the middle of the foot, the further the shins must travel to initiate contact with it.
Second - As others have observed, your hips raise slightly before everything else does. You'll also notice that the bar rolls backwards just a hair as your hips raise. That means that the bar is too far from the middle of your foot, and the moment the bar actually leaves the floor is when your hips are slightly higher and when the bar is closer to the middle of your foot (your shoulders will also be a little more in front the bar when the hips are slightly higher)
