    so there is the problem:
    i have buttwink and i dont know if this little buttwink that i have is ok, i posted a thread in an israeli forum (im from israel) and some people say that its ok and other say its not. so i want an opinion from an expert (mark ripptoe).
    btw sorry for my english im 15 years old .

    hello.

    Probably better off discarding the term "buttwink". Also read the sticky about preferred video angles / camera positioning (further back and lower down being prob the most important).

    From these camera angles and to my non-expert eye your squat looks generally ok. Your low back looks ok.

    For the "front" set. Look down more. Also your knees continue to move forward all the way down. You should establish your knee position early in the movement so that that in the bottom 1/3rd of the squat there's no back and forth movement of the knee both on the way down and the way up.

    In the second half of your "back" set your knees are moving in a fair amount on the way up. Focus on pushing them out.

    Your "buttwink" is probably due to how far down you are squatting. If you relax all the way down, you lower back will have o choice but to round. It is hard to tell, but you seem to be going a few inches below parallel, which might be excessive.

    Your feet are also pointed forward rather than out; you appear to be doing this intentionally. Shoot for 30 degrees out, which will help with the knee problems that veryhrm mentioned.

    ok so ill try to look down point my feet more out and shoot from a 45 degrees angle and ill post it here, and just to be sure 45 degree angle from behind or front?
    and about me relaxing all the way down, i try realy hard not to but when im goin down parallel my lower back rounding .

    If 45 degree angle refers to camera angle, I would say that from the back is preferred.

    When you are squatting, practice keeping your legs tight (as in flexed) all the way down. If you are consciously flexing your legs, it will be practically impossible to relax too far down. Good luck.

    so in the 1st & 2nd set i noticed than im leaning a llitle bit forward and in the 3rd set i think i fixed it. so exept this how is it now?
