    Hey guys,

I've been working the barbell for a few weeks now, and I'd appreciate some criticism.

Hows my back angle, low back, depth? Do you see anything I should work on?

    Thanks fellas!

Depth looks good. Back looks pretty good too, however I'd have you set it BEFORE you take your breath and descend. Concentrically contract your erectors BEFORE you go take your valsalva.

2nd rep in the side view looked the best. Your knees seem to be drifting forwards at the bottom and collapsing in on some reps a bit, too. Shove your knees out HARD and maintain your back angle before driving up hard and fast with your hips. You should be "bouncing" out of the hole.

All in all, they look decent. They're still a bit slow and if you fix the pace, set the back harder, and keep the knees out you'll be textbook. Shoes will help.
