Nothing inherently wrong with what I see from this video. Start making jumps, 10-15lbs at a time until bar speed slows down.
Hello all, skinny cyclist here and I just began barbell lifting this week.
I would appreciate any thoughts on my form before the weights get heavy.
I am 140 lbs and there is 93# on the bar here. It felt good aside from being so weak!
Thanks all.

Hm, I thought that WAS slow bar speed...good to know. I'll start making some increases.
This isn't gymnastics, that was practically dive-bombing. Be sure to keep tight and steady as the weight increases and it becomes challenging, don't loosen up to go fast or you'll be pinned down and potentially hurt yourself.
Good job.
Here is another go with another ten pounds added. Tried to slow down and focus on keeping tight the whole lift. Thanks for the feedback so far. http://youtu.be/gideQhPLunE
Stance looks too wide. The weight looks like it's still very easy, form faults don't show themselves until the weight on the bar gets heavy.
I'm no coach, but I'm a former skinny runner... Just to say that you can't do both, if you're to get anywhere. I've found you have to be okay with the idea of getting fat.
