Well, I'll just bring up the things I see since I'm too impatient for Milo to get out of his cardio kickboxing class and comment on my technique.
Seems that the bar has some fore/aft movement on a rep or two. Also, it looks like I could benefit from tensing the bar before beginning the reps -- kinda looks like I go from zero tension to "yanking" it up.
