    Hi guys,

    Would appreciate any feedback on my deadlift. This is 110kg. Ive decided to avoid the belt for a while on the deadlift to try and focus on sorting it for the squat (other thread).

    Not too bad. Can you get your chest squozed up without dropping your hips? Your lumbar went a little round on one of the reps. You need to "show your tits" at the top. Thoracic extension, not scapular retraction. Please confirm that the bar is in contact with your legs after it passes the knee. Thanks.
