Today was light day, so I think it can highlight all the improvements in overall form (some of which can suffer when working closer to my limits):

When I don't need every ounce of strength, it's much easier to push evenly (in terms of power and speed) with both legs, vs. giving it all I've got and having them work unevenly.

Also, re: grip. Still is what it is at present but I tried something at the end as an experiment; just resting the heels of my hands on the (empty) bar. Got everything positioned more ideally, but not sure whether that's safe/stable enough when doing working sets?
