Feels good, looks good, but I'd like confirmation that I'm doing these right. Sometimes others catch what I'll miss.

    Thanks.

Eye gaze looks too close, 12-15' in front. Correct?

Eh, not a huge deal. These look very good. Bar got away from the thighs a tiny bit on the last couple reps, but only barely. Nice job.

You are not correct. Look 2-4 feet in front on the floor. Do not crane neck.

    Also, get some proper shoes.

I got the number from BBT3, I may have misread it? I am at work and do not have the book or I would provide a reference.

I thought looking further out and keeping the neck in-line forced the chest-up and the 20-30 degree back angle prior to the pull? I realize this is all dependent on an individuals anthropometry; reason for Austins comment:

    Eh, not a huge deal

If you want to get very picky, you could engage your lats (pull your shoulders down towards your hips) a bit more strongly to keep the bar closer to your body. Shifting your weight slightly back towards your heels during the set up might help as well.

But these are basically good. The main change I'd make is to add more weight to the bar..

I would agree with a slightly more forward eye gaze.
I think jeans are not optimal and also get proper shoes. Bar gets slightly away from shins on some of the reps.
Maybe work on the elevation too? Seems like these would technically be rack pulls?
