I got the number from BBT3, I may have misread it? I am at work and do not have the book or I would provide a reference.
I thought looking further out and keeping the neck in-line forced the chest-up and the 20-30 degree back angle prior to the pull? I realize this is all dependent on an individuals anthropometry; reason for Austins comment:

If you want to get very picky, you could engage your lats (pull your shoulders down towards your hips) a bit more strongly to keep the bar closer to your body. Shifting your weight slightly back towards your heels during the set up might help as well.
But these are basically good. The main change I'd make is to add more weight to the bar..
