    Well, you are starting by breaking at your hips. Knees and hips together. Why a belt for such a light weight. Hard to tell about your stance. Video isn't the proper angle and the picture is borderline useless. Copy Figure 2-12C with a dowel or something similar.

    You're starting by bending forward and breaking at the hips. Start every rep standing straight with your hips locked out Hips and knees should then break at the same. Mid foot balance.
