Hey everyone. So I managed to reach depth after alot of practice but now I feel like my hips are shooting up too early and my quads aren't doing enough work. Would love to hear some opinions here.

I bet that last rep felt the best, didn’t it? It’s because you had hip drive. That’s because you didn’t lift your eyes.
All of the usual points still apply and you’ll continue to improve as you continue to train.
