It looks pretty solid. Be careful that your grip isn't too narrow, causing your elbow to pull bent. It doesn't look like that's happening though.

Looks like the last 3 reps didn't get locked out. Your wrists look somewhat bent during the set up. You may not be getting as secure a grip as you could be. How long have you been doing hook grip?
