Been doing 5/3/1 BBB for about 4 months now. Had my low bar squat locked-in when I first started. Felt like I was in a “pocket” when I squatted. The sensation was more like leg press than a squat. It was awesome!
Now I’ve recently had issues where my hips feel wonky. Back is straining. I thought maybe I had the bar up too high and my grip too narrow. Moved grip from two inches from edge of knurling to ring finger on the ring. Felt a little better.
