Point your chest at the wall in front of you and move your gaze out 10-15 feet ahead.
Put your shoes back on.

Look about 2-3m in front of you.
Feet probably need to be 2cm narrower. Same with the grip.
Don't move your butt when you set your back - you're dropping it a little which is pushing the bar forward.
Get some shoes.
