Try and film from the front 45 in the future (see sticky). You are dropping your hips as you squeeze your back flat - don't let them drop, keep them locked into place. Your head is also moving all over the place as you squeeze and pull. Keep it neutral with eyes fixed on a spot about 10' ahead of you. Finally, make sure you drive/push the floor away through the middle of your foot - don't let you balance shift back into your heels.
