    Good Morning,

I've dealing with some lateral hip/glute pain, primarily after workouts. It mostly presents while driving or sleeping on my side. My squats have felt a little off and I have noticed some hip shift, so I wanted to post a few videos to see the forum can identify any issues in my setup/squat.

I'm 5'10", 198 lbs. I'm still working back from a disc I herniated back in February, FYI. These are my numbers currently:

    Squat: 225#
    Deadlift: 275#
    Bench: 215#
    Press: 115#

    Thanks,

    Noah

Shitty light, but it looks like you may have a short left leg. Read my article about leg length discrepancy, and get somebody to check it for you.

Thanks, that is what I was afraid of. The camera angle and light does make it difficult to see what is going on. It is also worth noting that when I had an x-ray/MRI done after the injury back in February, the doctor said I have "minimal levocurvature of the lumbar spine".

He forgot the part about "probably caused by a leg-length discrepancy." He didn't think to check for that, and you paid him anyway.
