    Default Deadlift Form Check Part 2

    This is a follow-up to my previous deadlift form check post from a couple weeks ago. You can see the old thread here:

    Deadlift Form Check

    One of the users here, Geronimo, suggested I add weight and post again. I gradually increased the weight up to 190 lbs and took another video.

    As always, any feedback and help is greatly appreciated.

    These are not bad, but are you thinking about push the floor? Doesn't look like it.

    You should have added a lot more than 15 lbs to your deadlift in two weeks. Are you doing the program?

    Good point. I keep the cue in mind as I am setting up, but it gets forgotten once the weight moves. I will focus on that next time. Thanks.

    I am following the program. Had to skip some days because of scheduling conflicts so I added as much weight as I could in the workouts I did in the time. You are right that the strength gains are lagging.
