    Hello from Denver!
    My name is Beth and I started SS two days ago. I read the book, watched the video and am ready to go!

    Age: 32
    Weight: 179
    Height: 5’ 6”
    Experience: 1 yr of barbell, but not SS

    Can I please get a form check of my deadlift 95x5?
