Hi Satch, did you mean the ones at 11/10?

I went up five pounds twice, trying to keep doing the hip drive.

Worked my way back up to 107.5 kg, going up 2.5kg every other day and doing five sets, because I need the practice and the stress. (YNDTP, I know. Sorry Rip Et Al.)

They feel better. I hope they also look better and somebody can confirm that my hip drive is getting there, at least on some reps. Please specify.

Even on 11/8 I’m seeing what I think is your knees caving in on the way up. Also, your depth , while I don’t think it’s high, is inconsistent, which is probably because of all the fidgeting you’re doing with your stance between reps. Find a stance that, without thinking about depth, results in just below parallel when your knees are shoved out.

IMHO my squats from 11/8 (115kg) are very bad.
That's why I went down to 100kg and posted my way back up in 5lbs increments to ask the forum if I'm succeeding in improving my hip drive and valgus.

Could somebody comment on the 11/17 squats? Am I on the right track?

You keep trying to lift your chest about halfway up. Note the bar speed when this happens.

It's so obvious now, after you point it out.
    Thank you so much, Rip!
