6 feet tall, 209-212lbs. Did a small reset on recommendation of a SSC as my bodyweight is low for my size and pushing the squat up.
Curious what you all see here.

I had a phone consult with Santana. He recommended that if I miss my next attempt at my top set of 5 (at 285lbs) then I should reset 10% and go up from there *ensuring* that I adhere to 3500 cal/day. He did not see any of my form videos when he made said recommendation.
