    Hi, Rip! Randy Canivel (hope you remember me) here, and I am seeking your feedback on my squat form; specifically, my right hip seems higher on the eccentric phase. You helped me fix it once, so I shimmed my left shoe by 1/4”. However, the problem seems to persist.

    The enclosed video is this past Wednesday’s light squat workout at 190 lbs x5x3 . I am doing advanced NLP off the SS App. In advance, appreciate your time.

    I can't see your feet in the second video but they seem very straight in my mind in the first one. Turning them out more might help you too.
