    Yeah, actually the floor has rubber tiles too protect it. I’ve mentioned it before as a problem but since I got the lifting shoes it hasn’t been as bad. Maybe it’s still a problem? I’ve gotta make due for now but I can switch gyms later if necessary.

    Here are my 3 work sets today at 145kg. I warmed up with some box squats to try to feel locking my knees in place early. However, I see on my work sets that didn’t really carry over. Are my knees still too far forward here or am I good? Really want to get rid of this patellar tendinitis. Thanks everyone.

    I’m warming up with box squats and doing box squats on my light day. Here’s today’s last two work sets @ 147.5. I think I’m getting better. Knee slide seems lessened and I’m leaning over more. Any further advice?

    Yeah, looks decent to me but they aren’t textbook pretty.
