Squat 90 kg/ 200 lbs
Hi,
New strength trainee, heading into wk4 of my NLP.
I am 32 years old, 5 foot 11 and weigh around 200.
I rewatch all my sets and think i might go to deep, and still looking to find my stance width.
This is Set 3/3 of today and i had to fight a minor knee injury (right side).
Appreciate any Kind of Feedback !

Pretty good, a little too deep, and knees are sliding forward too much. You will like a 3-inch belt better.
