Hello. I am 6 feet 3 inches tall and have lost 57 pounds in 6 months, and I now weigh 253 pounds. I am now at the point where I want to regain strength with my current weight. Here's my deadlift for form check: 330 pounds for five repetitions. Thank you very much in advance.
