    Hi,

after reading the book again i'm trying to correct some form mistakes. I recorded my last set of five. I can already see my head position changing, which should be corrected next time. Do you see any other obvious for errors?

Widen your stance so your heels are at shoulder width

I increased the stance width tonight. It felt like my hamstrings had to work a bit harder, which is probably a good thing. What do you think, is the technique right, or are there other
points that I can work on?

Ah and sorry for the video, I had to do squats in the bad rack today. We did our best to find a good clip.

A little forward, a little vertical. Push your hips BACK towards the wall behind you. Point your chest down and keep it down throughout the set

These are good squats, with the wider stance. Two things. You are still leading with your neck, not your ass. This causes you to lift your chest slightly, thus killing the hip drive. Also, you are rushing, slow the squat down by a third or so.
