Depth is correct on all of these. They look pretty good to me.
Hello all. I'm re-running my NLP a 2nd time after a year off from lifting due to life crap and am in my 4th week. Thanks for tolerating my idiocy.
I think I've cleaned up some of the form issues I had last time, but my squats still feel off. Specifically, I feel like I might not be bending over far enough. I know it's not the best indicator, but my quads are always toast after finishing squatting, and I never feel it in my posterior chain.
Here are 3 different angles:

Set 2 - rear 45

Set 3 - front 45

I realize some of these are a bit too low, still working on fine-tuning depth. I also know my knees are caving in on the ascent pretty badly, still working on that as well.
As always, very grateful for any help.

Thank you good sir.
Also, quick plug for other novices: read the blue book. Then read it again. And again. Literally on the second page of the squat chapter:
"All styles of squatting tend to make the quads sore, more so than any of the other muscles...because the quads are the only knee extensor group..."
Seems like I always find a new nugget whenever I crack it open.
