I'm at Week 3 Day 2 of SS NLP and just added power cleans for the first time. I did 5 sets of 3 and went with a light weight (65lbs) to focus on form while I learn the lift over the next week or two.
I spent a lot of time jumping with just the bar to feel the right movement pattern without using my arms to curl the bar. I think it looks decent, my grip can probably be a little more narrow (hard to see in this video). What else am I doing wrong? Thanks!
