Hey guys, love what you're doing. I'm trying to learn the LB squat. I feel like I might not be horizontal enough but not sure. Maybe I go too deep, maybe butt wink. Really unsure. It is feeling better than HB. I do have some pain on my bone on the back of my shoulder which I think happens if I'm not tight enough (keeping elbows back). Would love feedback on how to improve my squats. I did 70KG (155 lbs) here.

Not bad. But your stupid-ass running shoes need to be replaced with lifting shoes.

Thanks Rip. I have lifting shoes up north in my home. When I start The Program in 2 weeks~ I'll definitely use them only. Unfortunately have no access to them yet.

So I got the Blue Book and got through reading the Squat & Press section. Trying again.

I bumped up the weight by 5KG (11lbs), I feel like maybe my back is not horizontal enough but I'm not sure. Also am I going too deep? From The Book's definition of below parallel, I am below, but I'm wondering if it's a little too much or if that's a minor issue.

That's a better angle from today, bumped up by another 5kg (11lbs). I promise it's the last time I squat in those shoes. Other than that would love to know if I'm leaning forward enough. I cued myself on 4th and 5th rep to lean more forward and as I did that the reps got harder so it felt slightly wrong compared to the first reps.
