    Deadlift 80kg (176lbs) x 5

Deadlift 100kg (225 lbs) x 1 (started with this, thought I was stronger and really seemed to struggle with the first rep so I lowered to 80kg)

I'm not sure if my hips are at the right height or not, and it seems like my upper back is a little curving (which I understand from the videos that it is fine for the most part?)

Would highly appreciate any feedback, thank you so much.

These look fine, except they are not fully locked out. Your shoulders should move back a little bit at the very top. The rep isn't over once the hips are extended.

20 kg seems like a bit of an aggressive offset. Remember: the second rep of a deadlift is easier than the first. But just build it back up from there I guess.

Danz, let us know when you have read the book. Before you post again.
