    Damnit. It is mostly shitty because of the height of the camera, right? I tried to take it from 45 degrees, but it was taken from a box at hip height instead of normal human eye-height. I will make sure to re-read all the instructions and make a new attempt next time.

    You're looking forward too much - find a spot on the floor (or put something there) to focus on, and that should help that. Looking down can help keep you in your hips and definitely keeps you from raising your chest.

    I'll tell you one thing, your grip is totally fucked. Neutral wrists, point your elbows at your tailbone.

    I think the video is crap because the camera is far away and you a wearing all black with a dark background. It's hard for me to tell what's going on at the bottom of your squat and I'm young.

    I will say your grip needs work. Look at your wrists. Plus you have knee slide. Watch how you stop your knees half way down and then at the bottom they slide forward.
