The bar is too high on your back.
Repost because I accidentally hit submit before I put in the links...
I have been having an issue with my squats where my hips rise before the bar does. I haven't been able to figure out any cues that help once the weight gets heavy for me.
I terminated my second set early because I could feel my form getting worse.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
