Work set 5s are feeling ugly. Wanted to see if I’m doing anything different at lighter
Well, you're right, it is much easier to squat lighter weights.
You can speed these up a little bit. You don't need to drive your knees out at the top: you can wait until your hip starts to move towards your femurs. Maybe try narrowing your stance just a hair.
