Your elbows are behind the bar. Radius should be vertical. And why no belt?

Thanks Rip I'll work on it.

The blue book says that a belt may not be needed in the early parts of a training career. Also your article says "As a general rule, post-novice lifters use the belt for last warmups and work sets on heavy days, having learned how to use it correctly". There's no "should" in this sentence, but I read it as a recommendation. I'm not a post novice lifter and concluded the belt can/should wait. Would you mind setting me straight on this?

You don't need to walk it out quite so far either as this can contribute to a loss of general tightness in the movement. Overall, a reasonable start though!
