    It's hard to tell anything from a 50% RM deadlift.

    Can you tell if his knees are doing something weird near the top though? I swear I'm seeing that crazy double knee bend thing he does in the squat here too, but not as bad. It may have just been burnt into my brain though and I now see it everywhere I go.

    Here are two videos shot from the front/side of DL 230x5. Hope this is more helpful.

    Some context on weight - I'm on an NLP back up from 185x5 due to an IT band injury. Previous video (205x5) was as of a week ago and I've been DLing 3 times a week going up 5lbs per workout. I'm currently squatting 195x5x3 going up 5lbs every workout. I get that these numbers are very low but I'm rebuilding from an injury and I thought it's better to fix my form earlier rather than later.
