    G'day Rip.

    I hope you are well.

If you would be so kind, could you please fix the below piece of garbage?

I refuse to call it a power clean it's so bad.
    Age 36, 6 foot tall, about 93kg.
    This was 45kg.
I am aware pulling from the pins probably doesn't help and hopefully I will get some bumpers when I travel to the big smoke this weekend for the training camp.

I have the standard lower back disc issues and had the tibial plateau fracture plus some extra tibial fractures this time last year.

This is by far my worst lift but I recognise the importance of it for myself to get it better.

I haven't been able to perform them much as my jumping ability was impeded by some kind of patella tendon thing occurring from my leg trauma.

I am wondering if it's mostly a confidence and commitment to the jump thing or if there are some complete screw ups in my technique so far. I have been letting out some air at the top as I blacked out when I last did these at the commercial gym. It may be my rack position just sucks though.

Thanks for your patience with me.

Just the standard arm pull. Have you read the PC chapter in the blue book?

I think I'm going to reread it. I guess I need to internally rotate my arms more and practice jumping with straight arms while adding weight to the bar.

I'll fix it and have a good one soon.
