    Hi, I'm uploading for a friend as it seems he isn't getting the confirmation email from the forum.

    He is EXTREMELY wiggly in both of these. He is rocking back on his heels and letting the bar drop in front of him and bending his hips. He needs to not do any of these things. "Stay tighter" might be enough. Maybe hold off on the strict press until he can keep his hips in the same place for a strict press .

    I agree with Maybach. I think you should focus on locking the knees, squeezing your butt, and bracing your abs tighter, all at the same time to make you “tighter.” Also, make sure you lock your shoulders back and down while you hold your chest high, similar to how you brace for bench press. The only torso movement for the press 2.0 should come from the hips rebounding which is cause when your ass is tight and knees are locked and you “jump” forward without moving the low back.
