Did 235lb 3x5 during a workout, watched the videos later, was not hitting depth, so went back the next day to do it again. This is the result. All 3 working sets in the video

Knees are caving in and you need a belt.
Compare the depth on the first sets' early reps with the last set, and you'll see that depth is not consistent. Some of the minor knee wobble is from too wide a stance.
