Setup and execution look good overall to me. I would suggest picking a lower point to focus your gaze on - you're kind of whipping your head up as you start pushing against the floor. This can lead you to pull the rep, instead of driving with the legs to straighten the knees.
One thing that stands out: Have you tried holding your Valsalva with your mouth open, or at least lips apart? It looks like you're holding your air against a closed mouth, not a closed glottis, and this can cause you problems. Keeping the mouth open forces you to do it correctly.
