I'm not seeing you setting your low back, so that's something to work on first.
Also, your shoulders are rising before your hips on most, if not all reps. This tells me you're pulling the bar off the deck, instead of leg pressing the earth away. Your anthropometry may be making this harder, but it's still something to work on.
