    Yeah it was me. I can't remember what post it was.

    I still think it's better to be able to tell by watching the lifter themselves, but useful for anyone to avoid reading that dreaded phrase from Rip. "Do not post above parallel squats here."

    That's still better than "have you read the book?" though.
