I and from Mumbai, India and started the NLP Last week.
Age : 38
Height : 5'6" (only 1" shorter than the statistical average Indian male height)
Gender : Male
In 5 sessions, my progression has been as follows (all weights in lb):
Parameter Start Current
Squat 110 145
Press 65 75
Bench 90 105 (started with one 10 lb increases, now at 5 lb increase)
Deadlift 155 200
Bodyweight 155 158
I would really appreciate corrections in my form on this lift of 5 reps of 90kg

Thanks for your feedback. Will work on it and post a follow up soon.
Follow up... I think I have stopped moving the bar horizontally before lifting it.
Please let me know if I'm doing anything else wrong.

Keep the bar in contact with your shins in the way up(don't pull your knees back right away). Push the floor away through the middle of your foot.
