Mon Skill practice + Crossfit WOD
Tue REST
Wed Squat 3x5 (+2 lb), Press 3x5 (+1 lb), Deadlift 1x5 (+2 lb)
Thu Row intervals, 3 sets each as fast as possible w/ 3 min rest: 400 m (@time X), Time X (@dist Y), Dist Y
Fri Light Squat (~70-75%) 3x5, Bench 3x5 (+1 lb), Weighted Pull-ups 3x5
Sat REST
Sun Squat 3x5 (+2 lb), Press 3x5 (+1 lb), Deadlift 1x5 (+2 lb)
... (alt. Press/Bench and Deadlift/Weighted Pull-ups respectively each strength workout)
