European Tour - Starting Strength Camps

Howdy Folks,

Jordan and I are going to be taking a trip to Europe in late December. We will be holding squatting and deadlift/power clean (pulling) camps along the way. As of right now, the itinerary looks something like this:

Dec 13 - 17: London, England - Squat, Pull
Dec 18 - 20: Brussels, Belgium - none, see below
Dec 21 - 23: Amsterdam, The Netherlands - Squat, Pull
Dec 24 - 27: Hamburg, Germany - Squat
Dec 28 - Jan 2: Copenhagen, Denmark - Squat, Pull

I have email agreements from the various parties involved and once signed contracts are in hand, they will be going up for sale on the Aasgaard Company website. Details to follow.

Right now we are trying to find one more gym, hopefully in Brussels or Antwerp. If any of you are from that area and know a gym owner who would like to host us on a weeknight, drop me a PM.

First to reply so that I get updates when there are more details. Are you going to hold camps in the afternoon? That would make it easier for people to come for the day without having to book a room.

And Christmas on the Reeperbahn? Nice planning.

It looks like each camp with be $275, which at the exchange rate today comes out to about 170 GBP, or 202 EUR. That will be the same price for the camps in England and throughout Europe.

Pretty much. The problem is that the 30th through the 1st are kind of a wash as far as being able to hold camps and we need to get Jordan back home shortly thereafter. If this winds up being a success, I may make another swing through Europe later next year.

Yes, camps will be held starting in the early afternoon on weekends, usually between 1 and 3 PM based on the gym's schedule. I am waiting to hear the time we can hold the camp in Hamburg, but I suspect it will start around 4 or 5 PM.

I'm referring to London. I was all set to hit WFAC in December until my life fucked me. This will ease the pain.
