I'd like to get a full seminar in Europe in the near future. I have some ideas, which will become a little clearer after my visit.

Yes, although there is a potential nutrition talk that may happen in London headed by Mr. Feigenbaum on the Monday or Tuesday after our London camps. That may or may not come to pass. We'll see.

Awesome news. I'll be going to either the Ams or Cph camps.

Camps generally run between four and five hours, depending upon the QA session. The camps with 16 people generally are over five hours due to more people asking more questions. I am hoping that the links for sign up will be live shortly.

If I could swing a fourth week in Europe, I would have tried to set something up. On the plus side, both Amsterdam and Copenhagen are closer to you than they are to me.

Which gym in CPH will you use?

Oops...forgot to re-read your first post. I'll be patient.

So if one was to attend both seminars, how far in advance would you recommend the person to rest from heavy lifting before the events?

We'll be at Butcher's Lab. I just got the signed contract and I need to update that image up top.

This depends upon your level of training advancement. If you attended a camp on Saturday and Sunday, I would not train on Friday. However, assuming you are on a novice progression, I would recommend you just train as normal up to Wednesday or Thursday. If you are making gains weekly instead of workout to workout, then you would probably still train normally. You might make some small adjustments to the working weights during the camps as needed. We want people to handle weights at the camps that require them to do some work. However, if it is so heavy that you cannot complete your sets, or your form falls apart, then that is not desirable, either.
