They just announced the Maryland State PL Championship.. early November... Gotta determine if I'm going to enter, but leaning that way.

Thursday 7/26/12
Deadlift 405 x 5, belt/alternate grip. Last 2 were tough, but overall easier than previous workouts.
Bench 247.5 x 5 x 3. No trouble here.
Best feeling workout I've had in a long time.

Had a messed up week and a half... First an ingrown toenail last weekend kept me from squatting, then I had a fever most of the week.
Took a little weight off:

Squat 335 x 5, 3 ... Could feel my form going to shit, so I didn't push it. Silver lining is that the first set was a 5rm.
