Hey vince, that's awesome you got a one on one. Sitting back when the weight gets heavy is a challenge for me. I know it immediately when I'm at the bottom, weight is on the balls of my feet
Good luck

Last workout before the SS Challenge on Sunday.
1. Squat:
455 x 1
Easy and smooth. Squatting feels 100% better now.
405 x 3 x 2
2. Competition bench:
285 x 1
Had a hard time getting a good setup but the weight still came up very fast.
225 x 3 x 3
3. Press:
175 x 1
150 x 3 x 3
Ready to compete! I'm really looking forward to the Challenge this weekend and the USAPL meet next weekend. I don't know if anybody else is like this, but I can't help but start thinking about the next training cycle after competition.
Best wishes for your forthcoming lifting!
Good luck, Vince!

I get the same way. I like sitting down with the log and assessing what went right, what went wrong, and figuring out ways to fix it. I get excited when I can identify trends. Yeah, I'm a geek that way.
Good luck at the meets. I look forward to reading the results.
