Bench press

Squat with light belt and sleeves

Squat overload.
585x3sets
Rolling triceps..1 set of myo reps. Numbers dont really matter here.
Last day of any assistance with any major eccentric in the cycle.. concetric only assistance starts after.
All these 5x5s the past week are volume prs with bench dead and I think this squat, no big deal as volume is supposed to climb over time, it's just the work required to get stronger.
I have met that hard goal and now the next ten days is a stretch target a little bit heavier with 6's. Dealing with a mild head cold and a big ole dose of work at work.

Finished up with some backwards sled drags, a lot of sled rows 6-8 set sof 10. Just kinda got into a zone going up hill) and low bar pushes for concetric only assistance.

Agreed deads are looking really solid. That set from 446x5x5 looked smooth and that's a pretty good amount of volume! You finished up the September meet with around a 500 pull if I remember right? Definitely look on pace to start blowing past that.

230x6x5sets. Started pausing first rep on the the first two sets, went to all tng to assure I finished volume at this weight. Decent volume pr, sometimes we surprise ourselves. Well into overload.
CAT squat 45x10, 135x5,225x3,315x1
383x2x5 sets
Bench overload ( lock out from pins and 8-10 second static hold.)
335x3 sets
Concentric only Seated press from pin at eyeball level.
