    Week #20 GPP Day
    bw 162.8

8 minute amrap abs roman chair situps bw +25lbs
8 minute amrap supine grip cable pull downs 110lbs

    25 minute steady state powermill

    Note:
I had my consult with Dr. yesterday. He didn't tell me anything I didn't already know, just gave me my options:
    1. do nothing and most likely will be looking at a complete shoulder replacement down the road. Too much damage.
    2. have surgery and get on with my life.
He referred me to a surgeon. I also found an orthopedic group at NY Presbyterian that specializes in sports medicine and shoulders. Waiting to hear back from them to schedule appointment.

Shoulder pain today remains moderate. Not much sleep in the past week or so.

That is a beat up shoulder. I wish you the best. Your pull looks strong still, keep working on it, break records.

Pulls have been steadily coming along. Spent some time tweaking my form. I played with my stance width and a few other little things. I feel like my form is as good as it has been.

    break records
I'm on pace to do some damage to a few American Records but will have to see if I will have enough time to get myself back to these levels by the Nationals.

I'm not looking forward to the road I have to travel to rehab and train back to where I am now. it will be interesting to see how long it takes to recovery my strength from a prolonged layoff.
I figure, even if I am in a sling, I can still do leg press. I may even be able to use a safety squat bar with one hand. I have a hip belt, so I may be able to do hip belt squats.
