    -really want to get good at hook grip, it just feels terrible after a couple reps
    -overall good session

    not going up on press bc i can barely's do all prescribed reps

    only did the one set of deads bc i was fried. barely made it through the squat session. was planning on 12 weeks of TM but I may have to alter the plan bc its getting rough. today took too long and im obligerated
