NLP Question
I’m not sure if this has been asked and answered but I’ll ask anyway. For the NLP, are all three sets done for the max weight in each lift and then increased by 5, 2, or even 1 lb depending on the lift for the next training day? For example, if Im training Monday/wednesday/friday, and my lifts are 400, 250, and 500, would all three sets of five be at those numbers or is only the last set done at that top number? Subsequently, would my next training day be at those numbers plus the increase or would I wait until the next week to make the jump? Thank you.
